    How do I know if I am really registered and functioning. Even though when I access "About Fetch" my information is visible it did not ask me to plug in a name or serial number and I am not able to connect to the same client I was able to connect to yesterday using the trial version of Fetch. I tried downloading and trying to connect 2 times and I still can't connect the dog just keeps running and no connection.

    You are definitely registered, you're just having trouble getting Fetch to connect to a particular server.

    Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents when you see the problem?
