I deleted the installer, but believe it is located elsewhere in my computer. since I downloaded Fetch last night, my CD drive is no longer recognizing CDs. don't know if this is a direct response to installing Fetch but want to give it a try.

    can you please help?
    thanks.

Fetch 4.0.2 is not distributed as an installer -- it's just a StuffIt archive that expands into a folder named "Fetch 4.0.2 Folder". You can uninstall by removing that folder. If you use the Purchase or Check for Upgrade features Fetch will install a file named eSellerateEngine.

I think it's very, very unlikely that Fetch has anything to do with CD drive problems.

    Thanks,

I agree that it's unlikely that Fetch had something to do with the problems - but am just trying to retrace my steps. Thanks for the tips!
