    Hi.
    When I upload a file to any ftp or if I click anywhere in the ftp window, Fetch give me this message:
    "The action could not be completed because an error has occured." Mac os error -108

    Do you know what append??? I buy the new version of Fetch because my old one doesn't want to keep my favorites ftp shortcuts anymore, so if this one doesn't work too, I don't know what to do.

    Thanks

    Karine

    Hi Karine,

    This may indicate that your copy of Fetch is damaged. Please do the following steps:

    * First, restart your Macintosh.
    * Then open the Application folder, and drag your current copy of Fetch to the Trash.
    * Put any copies of the Fetch_5.5 dmg file you might have in the trash, too.
    * Download a fresh copy of Fetch, you can do that with this link: http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/download/latest
    * Copy the new copy of Fetch to your Applications folder.

    Try Fetch again.

    Please let us know if this helps or not.

    Thanks,

    Hi Scott.

    I try what you suggest, but it still doesn't work. I forgot to say that I have Snow Lepoard 10.6.2.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Sorry to hear that didn't help.

    We'd like to see your Fetch log, which will may provide more information about this problem.

    To find the Fetch.log file:

    * Click the desktop background to select the Finder.
    * In the Finder, go to the "Go" menu and choose "Home"
    * Open the Library folder
    * Open the Logs folder
    * Find the file named "Fetch.log"

    Attach it to an email to bugs@fetchsoftworks.com .

    The file may be somewhat large, so you may want to compress it before sending it to us. (Select the Fetch.log file, go to the File menu, choose Compress, and send the resulting zip file instead.)

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
