    I filled in the form, but no connection is made. It times out. How can I get it to connect?

    When I enter that I get as far as having my password rejected (because I don't have an account on that server). The next time you try could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents here?

    It may be that a firewall on the server side keeps Fetch from making its data connection to the server. I would recommend unchecking the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" checkbox in the Firewall section of Fetch Preferences. Does that help?
