Problems uploading files with Fetch (8 posts)

    I have used Fetch 5.3 successfully for more than a year. However, the updated files I'm uploading no longer change in Safari, Explorer or any others I check. I see the old file only. This just started a few days ago, so not sure why. I went through the FAQ for troubleshooting and did what it recommended for the problem, but it is still not working. Appreciate any ideas about what else I can do. Thanks

    Hi,

    If refreshing the page and emptying the browser cache do not make the changes appear, the usual cause of webpage updates not appearing is that the new and changed files have been uploaded to the wrong folder; so they have not replaced the old files because the old files are in one folder, and the new files are in another folder.

    So we recommend that you double-check to make sure that you do not now have two copies of your website on your server, in two different locations.

    I cannot get the changes I made with Iweb to upload. I have checked my files to insure I am loading the new files to the correct web. Please give me some ideas on what else I can do.

    I have been using Fetch for only about a month, but I need to update the site on a weekly basis. this is the first time this has happened.

    my upload stops and the message states that the server responded "Maximum disk quota 102400KB Used disk quota 47668KB available 54731KB Data connection closed, file aborted...

    the website files I'm trying to upload comes in at 28.4MB

    any idea...????
