Question mark superimpose on fetch and it won't launch (2 posts)

    Just like the title says, in my dock there is a question mark on fetch and it won't launch. I have the original .dmg file but it won't open. The installer is now gone and only a few aliases remain in my applications folder. What do I do? I'm thinking about buying the upgrade but since fetch won't launch, I have no way of getting my serial number and can't find it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi Greg,

    The first thing I would do is restart your Macintosh and see if that helps resolve any of the problems.

    If the Dock continues to show a question mark on Fetch, that means the Dock cannot find your copy of Fetch to open.

    If you still have troubles opening the .dmg, I would put it in the Trash and download a new copy from our website.

    If you send a request to serial@fetchsoftworks.com, we can try to locate your serial number in our records, and send you a link to purchase the upgrade.
