    I receive PDF files from customers. Two customers use Fetch. When I attempt to place files from these two customers into Quark a window comes up that says "The PDF file cannot be imported because security permissions are set or it is password protected." If the customers send me the same PDFs attached to an e-mail they work fine. Ideas?

    Can you open the PDF files with Acrobat Reader? Are they exactly the same length as the ones sent by email?

    They are blank when I open them in Acrobat. They are the same size when e-mailed.
    Incidently, the red PDF logo appears on both e-mailed files and files sent with fetch.
