    Every time i try to login in fetch says " an ftp connection to...... could not be opened because server os unreachable.
    Then it tells me to check my connection and settings in network. My connection is fine because i'm online. And i would think that it could be maybe my server was down on one of the sites but it's saying it for 8 different sites and they are all on different servers. please help. thanks.

    Hi,

    We'd like some more information to help diagnose the problem. Could you please do the following?

    * Quit Fetch.
    * Open Fetch again.
    * Try connecting to ftp.fetchsoftworks.com (leave username and password blank).
    * After you receive the error, go to the Window menu, and choose Fetch Transcript.
    * Copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message.

    We'll take a look and see if we can figure out what's going on.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Hi,

    My best guess is that there is some problem with your network equipment or network connection that is causing FTP connections to fail.

    Please try restarting all your equipment using the following instructions:

    * Shut down your Mac.
    * Unplug your router or wireless base station (if you have one; a router is a device for sharing your Internet connection with multiple computers).
    * Unplug your cable/DSL modem.
    * Plug the cable/DSL modem back in, and wait about a minute for it to get completely started up.
    * Then plug the router or wireless base station back in, and wait another minute for it to start up.
    * Finally, start your Mac.

    Then try connecting with Fetch again and see if it works. Let us know if it does not.

    Thanks,
