Uploading cgi scripts written with textedit on OSX (2 posts)

    what is the proper mode and format for uploading cgi scripts written with text edit on osx? i wrote a test script which my server could not read and after confirming proper syntax i was told that there may be an ftp problem. i also changed chmod to 755 as also suggested and that didn't help either.

    You should upload text scripts in Text format.
