5.3 serial number won't take (2 posts)

  I've got a screenshot of a correct serial number 5.3 entered into a download of 5.3.1 to install on a new machine and the serial number isn't working. The new machine is running 10.6.5. Can I send this serial number to you via email?

  This should be for a 3 user license registered to The Countryman Press. I'm assuming 5.3.1 is a valid versioning for this 5.3 serial number.
