Access denied message comes on at home but not at work (4 posts)

  I am able to connect to a server on Fetch at work but not on my laptop at home. What am i not doing right? here is the transcript.

  Hi,

  The server is saying that you don't have permission to upload the file named 001.jpg to the / (root) folder on the server. Are you able to upload that file to that folder from a different computer?

  Yes I am able to send it on another computer.

  Could you post the transcript from that other computer? It would be interesting to compare the two.
