behind firewall?? (2 posts)

    I have been using fetch for a few months, but ever since i signed up for ADSL I can't seem to connect. I think I am behind a firewall. Could this have anything to do with it? How do i bypass the firewall??
    I need to upload my files soon! please help.

    You should contact the firewall administrator and ask whether FTP is supported, and if so how. You might also try checking the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box in the Firewall section of Preferences in Fetch (if it isn't checked already).
