Blank directory screen (4 posts)

    For some strange reason, I am unable to see the contents of the directories I am connecting to in Fetch. I've upgraded from 4.01 to 4.03 (thinking this may have something to dwith Panther) but to no avail. Any solutions?

    Have you tried "Refresh File List" in the Directories menu?

    Yes, I have tried to refresh the file list. The program indicates I am connecting and "Status: Getting File List," but no list appears.

    p.s. It appears I may be making a connection (not all the time though) but then the FTP disconnects leaving me a blank directory contents window, Status: Disconnected.

    Might I have a corrupted orefs file? Can I rebuild prefs without losing my Shortcuts? Strange that the blank window persists. TIA.

    Could you choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu and post the contents when you see the problem? That information may provide clues to the problem.
