Hi,
I would try restarting whatever device you use to connect to the Internet from home (e.g. cable modem). If that does not help I would contact your Internet Service Provider; it could be that they are blocking FTP to some servers.
Thanks,

Thank you Jim, I will give that a shot.

This is a new one... I can connect to an FTP server just fine from my work computer but from home I get "An FTP connection to "XXX" could not be opened because the FTP server dropped the connection. Try again, or contact the server administrator to verify that the server is running."
I realize this is not a Fetch issue as I can connect to ftp.fetchsoftworks.com just fine.
Somehow a setting must be different on my home connection but I;m not sure where to start. Do you have any articles that might help me?
Thank you.
