can we use Fetch to transfer files from Italy to the United States (3 posts)

  I have used Fetch successfully for several years transferring files in the United States.
  We are going to vacation in Italy and would like to be able to continue to access ftp sites in the United States from Italy.

  Currently using Fetch I type in for the Hostname a number = 00.00.000.00

  QUESTION:
  Will this number continue to work as is from Italy or do we need to add a country code or anything else ?

  Fetch should work normally from Italy; there's no Internet equivalent to a country code that you need to add to a hostname.
