Hi,
So you can connect to your server from home, but not from the office, is that correct?
If your office has just installed a new router, my guess is that the new router may be blocking the connection to the server somehow. Can you connect to other FTP servers from the office?
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

I am having the person at the office, Tori, join this conversation so if there are actions, etc. to be taken they can be done by her.

I have been using Fetch 5.3 to transfer files to my website from both home and office. The office now reports (after a new router was installed) that when they try to connect they get the message that it cannot connect. The Fetch Transcript gives:
StuffIt Engine 0x820, StuffIt SDK Version 10.1.1b1
Expires 03/05/2008 T
Connecting to ftp.xxxxxxx.org port 21 (Mac OS X firewall is off) (2/22/08 3:35:53 PM)
Update check skipped at 02/22/2008 03:36 PM (next check after 02/26/2008 09:39 AM)
which looks a bit strange to me as a connect transcript but?
