Cannot delete files (5 posts)

    When I try to delete files I can a Server response: deletion failed error. Can you help please!

    Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after you dismiss that error dialog, and post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window?

    It appears that the permissions are correct, so that looks like a problem with the server. I would contact the server administrator, and ask them to delete the file for you (and/or investigate why the FTP server won't delete the file).
