  Fetch has always worked before, but today I can't connect to the server.
  Error message: OOPS: cannot open config file:/user/local/etc/vsftp/vuser/liveiqfw2

  Hi,

  That sounds like a problem with the server - that is, the computer you are using Fetch to connect to. The server is generating that error and Fetch is merely reporting it to you.

  You should contact the company or person who run the server you are trying to connect to, and ask them to look into the error.

  Fetch Softworks is not a hosting provider — we do not run or maintain servers for customers, so we do not have access to the information you need to use to connect. We just make Fetch, software that lets you move files from your Macintosh to servers run by other companies or people.
