Can't connect (2 posts)

    We have used fetch for over a year to send our files to the printer. In the past several weeeks we've had problems connecting. We can connect for a time and send files and then when we go back to reconnect it takes sometime 15, 20 or even 30 minutes before we can connect again. We've tried from several different computers and even installed the new version of fetch and still nothing. It's very frustrating since the printer is waiting for our files. I've even taken stuff home to send and can connect fine from there.

    Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window (choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu) when you're having trouble connecting?
