Can't find serial number name (4 posts)

  Help. I need to upgrade to the current version since my operating system has been moved to Yosemite. My Fetch 4.0.3 will not run in this OS. I tried to fill out your form to upgrade. I only have the serial number which was for a 5 user license. I even have a screenshot copy of a get info I did of the Fetch program. It showed the serial number but no where is there a serial number name. How do I get this? I believe the program was purchased back in early 2000.
