Can't save shortcuts version 5.7.6 (3 posts)

  When I try to save a new shortcut, I get a message saying

  These setting cannot be used because an error has occurred

  Mac OS error -25307

  I was previously getting a message saying something about having to change the downloads in preferences.

  Hi,

  Thanks for contacting us. To debug this problem I'd want to look at the Fetch.log file. To find it, choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu and then choose "Show Fetch.log in Finder" from the File menu. Then send it to bbugs@fetchsoftworks.com .

  Thanks. It looks like it was an issue with my Keychain Access. Once I reset that, I was able to save.
