There is no way to remove just one address, sorry. You can clear all the entries from the Recent Connections pop-up menu (the one with the clock) by going to the File menu, to the Recent Connections submenu, and then choosing Clear Menu at the bottom of the submenu.
Since you can only remove all the entries, you might want to make shortcuts of any of the addresses you want to save before you clear the menu.
To clear items from the Shortcuts menu (which is a separate list from the Recent Connections menu), choose Show Shortcuts from the Shortcuts menu, select the shortcuts you want to delete in the Fetch Shortcuts window, and press the Delete key.
Thanks,

Ooh I never knew you could do that. I think it might be a good idea to add that option to the Recent Connections menu in the New Connection window as well.

yeah, i tried that, but it only clears it for that session, the moment i restart Fetch all my connections are back...
is there a file somewhere in OSX i can edit or delete to get rid of the connection list? or just get rid of Fetch completely with all the history gone and reinstall it?

actaully i figured it out...
little bug...you have to clear the list, then connect to a ftp site then it'll stay cleared...
if you clear the list and quit out, the list will come back...you must connect to something for it to stay cleared.
