We've been using Fetch for quite some time to transfer files from my proofreader at his home to our server here at work. Unfortunately, I know very little about our server's addresses or passwords. All I know is that Fetch was working fine for months and one day began giving the message "Connection Refused" with no changes made at the connecting computer or in the server.
Note, we use Fetch 3.0.3 and I see there's a much newer version now. However, the problem appeared out of nowhere one day, so I doubt it's a matter of the version we're using.

It sounds like something changed between the client and the server. I would suggest asking the server administrator about any configuration changes that have been made to the server, or to any firewall that may sit between the proofreader and the server.

    Thanks,
