Hi Rob,
Fetch 5.6 only contains one copy of the ConsoleLogger helper application, and it is located in:
/Fetch.app/Contents/Resources/
You should approve the "ConsoleLogger.app" in that folder. Please double-check that you have approved that one and see if that makes a difference.
It sounds like you were using Fetch before without a problem; do you know which version you were using/distributing previously?
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

Using Fetch 5.6. We are using Mac OS X 10.6 Server to approve applications for use. In the past Fetch has played nice with Workgroup Manager but this version 5.6 is now displaying an error with ConsoleLogger is not an approved application. I looked in the contents folder for Console Logger.app and approved that and looked for other locations for this program and found another one under ConsoleLogger.app in the Contents>MacOS, approved that location and still our workstations will no longer run fetch because ConsoleLogger is not an approved application. Are there any other locations of this app and where are they?
