    I have a licence that allows people in my organization to use Fetch. Is it possible to send a copy of Fetch to an employee that has serial no, shortcuts, etc. already programmed in? This will save me a lot of time from having to make out detailed instructions.

    When you enter the Fetch serial number it is saved in the application, so you can then send the application to the employee.

    As for the shortcuts, you can send the Fetch Shortcuts file and instructions to install it in the Preferences folder.
