Correct password but not loggin in (2 posts)

I would double-check that you are entering exactly the same Hostname, Username, and Password on both computers. If you are still getting the error, I would recommend choosing "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu on each computer after trying to log in, and sending the entire contents of each window to bugs@fetchsoftworks.com.

Hi,
I recently bought a new copy of fetch to put on another computer. When i try to log in on my other machine using the correct details (i know they are correct because i am still using details on an old computer) i get this error message:
"An FTP connection to --- could not be opened because the server rejected the password"
I followed the steps about making sure i have the correct firewall settings but an still not able to log in. Are there any other obvious things i could try?
