When you upload the files are you using Text or Automatic format? Or are you using Raw Data?

Hi - Sorry I wasn't registered and the link to the image was wrong so I am reposting my previous request for help
The spaces in my BBEdit files are converted to rectangles and all the line breaks disappear when I upload to server with Fetch. I haven't changed any settings (that I'm aware of). I was wondering if anyone knows what might cause this and any solutions.

On the right is the file as I write it in BBEdit and on the left is the file after it's uploaded. It's happened on several servers so I'm not sure if it's a Fetch or a BBEdit problem but any help would be much appreciated.
Also, my files used to show the BBEdit icon when I uploaded to server, now they just show a blank page icon, if this has anything to do with it.
