  I just purchase fetch and upload 12 songs onto it. A producer tried downloading it and was told it would take 24 hours before he could download the content. Can we speed up this process?

  Hi Dona,

  Is the problem that producer couldn't start the download at all - he was told it would be 24 hours before he was allowed to start the download - or is it that he started the download and the program he was using estimated it that it would take 24 hours for the download to complete?

  Hi Dona,

  This sounds like a pair.com issue, not a Fetch issue. Once you have uploaded the files, problems with someone else downloading them is out of Fetch's control.

  You should contact pair.com and ask them to look into it.
