Hi,
The first thing to do is try to figure out if the problem is with Fetch 5.2 or with the Intel Mac.
If you try to download a largish file in Safari, do also see slowdowns?
And could you please try downloading Fetch 5.0.5 and see if downloads are also slow in it? You can get it from
http://fetchsoftworks.com/mdownload.php?filename=Fetch_5.0.5.dmg
Thanks,

Just got a new box OSX 10.4.8 dual Intel Processors. Running Fetch 5.2 and for some reason When I am downloading a 300 meg file my connection runs very sluggish and stalls out. I downloaded the same file from two other computers on my network and it downloads fine. One of the other boxes I downloaded from was using the same version of fetch and the same OS, but it is a g5 with PowerPC processors.
I noticed in my Activity Monitor/ Network tab the data received keeps going from 0 bytes to approx 150 bytes. I don't think the problem is with fetch or our ftp server, but with my MAC any suggestions?
