    Hello,

    I have not used Fetch for approx one year or more. When I try upload a photo, I receive an error message that my server (Comcast) dropped the connection. I have the proper user name and password as I am able to log in to Comcast directly through their website. Perhaps I have an older version of Fetch or should I contact Comcast?

    Hi,

    Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after you get that error, and post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window here? That information would help me figure out what's going on.
