    Hi

    I applied for an education lisence about 2 weeks ago and haven't got a response yet. Is this normal or should I contact someone?

    Educational license applications are typically processed every few days, so that isn't normal. You should apply again, or send an email to eduapplication@fetchsoftworks.com. Make sure that your application or email has enough information for us to tell that you are a valid educational institution or charity; we reject incomplete or vague applications.
