    Hi I just downloaded the edu version and got the serial and user name etc but they wont allow me to acces the program and i get an error. Yes i mage sure it was 30 charachters minus dashes etc.

    Any ideas?

    Make sure you enter both the Serial Number Name and Serial Number as shown in your receipt email. If you use Copy and Paste be sure not to copy the space or carriage return after the serial number; that will trip Fetch up.
