    I keep getting an error -3212 when I try to login. I know I type in everything correctly, but when I click back to try again, its changed part of my username from ffextreme to f'extreme .
    Whats going on? I dont type it in like that.

    Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you see the problem? Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to open it.

    That indicates a problem with your Internet connection. Can you connect to other sites, such as ftp.fetchsoftworks.com (leave User ID and Password blank)?

    No, I couldnt, but I think Ive somehow fixed the problem. Instead of using my host ID, i used another site's that was hosted by the same host as me, and I was able to get into my account. Afterwards Ive been able to use my host ID and everything seems to be working well.
