  Hi,

  Yahoo! Web hosting started requiring FTPS (aka FTP with TLS/SSL) last month, and their servers started responding to regular FTP connection attempts with the message that cleartext sessions are not accepted. Connections ought to be accepted again once the "Connect using:" menu setting is changed from "FTP" to "FTP with TLS/SSL". That setting's options are in a menu found in the New Connection dialog where you type in your host name, user name and password.

  We had one customer who made the change and then got an alert about the server's SSL certificate being invalid. That was because the certificate refers to a yahoo.com domain, while the user was asking Fetch to connect to the user's own domain name. This is not really a security issue, it is ok to tell Fetch to trust the certificate and everything should go back to 'normal' from that point forward.

  Please let me know if that doesn't solve the problem.
