  Hi,

  Yesterday when I started up the Fetch box it wouldnt open.
  Second time around it had gone back to the " Start Up " menu.
  I proceeded to go through the setup again but Fetch is rejecting my password so I cant go any further,
  Is there any help with this?

  We support the Fetch Mac file transfer program. We don't have anything to do with the Fetch TV device. You might have more luck at https://www.fetchtv.com.au/ .
