We've been using Fetch 3.0.3 since 1999 - from Dartmouth. Always fantastic. have used it constantly on both dial-up and cable connections. Cable has been superfast, dial-up pretty fast. On Friday last (19th), Fetch commenced going VERY slow - just getting a connection & files can now take up to 1/2hour - before it was almost instantaneous. Uploading & downlaoding files has become tediously slow. For the most part we using 2 ibooks (OS 9 & 9.2) connected via Airport and with cable modem. Tried also via a secondary account on dial up and couldn't even connect. (use this account frequently when away, and it's always worked). We've never purchased a Fetch license - only discovered now that this was necessary. We're not at all technically adept :o - tend to do just what the computer tells us. Can you suggest what the problem could be? We can't think of anything that has changed. Thank you :)

Does this happen on both your iBooks? If so I'd suspect some issue with the Internet connection or server. If you connect to ftp.fetchsoftworks.com (leave User ID and Password blank) is it slow?

    Thanks,
