    How do I set up Fetch when operating through a proxy server? Some of my colleagues can ftp through the firewall on their pc's, but I'm not sure how to set it up. Any ideas?

    You need to go to the Firewall section of Fetch Preferences. Fetch supports 11 different types of proxy servers, so you need to find out the name and type of the proxy server on your network. You may need to also enter a user id and password. Fetch uses the same labels as the Windows FTP program WS_FTP to identify different types of proxy servers, so you can ask for the correct WS_FTP configuration and that should work in Fetch as well.
