Hi,
Are you measuring the speed by transferring multiple files, or just one big file? I would recommend using one big file as the most accurate transfer rate measurement.
Thanks,

Just one large file.

Do you still have access to the old web host, to compare the transfer speeds between the old and new hosts?

No I do not, but as stated above, the speeds were close to 2mb/s. The new host has equivalent speeds.

Fetch generally uploads and downloads big files as fast as your Internet connection and the server allow, so I don't know of a good explanation for why you'd see this change in transfer speeds with Fetch, and not with other FTP clients.
Thanks,

Hello there-
We recently changed web hosts and noticed a significant drop in our download speeds using Fetch. At first I thought this was due to our new host, but it turns out it isn't. Before changing hosts, we were averaging about 2mb/s. Now we are averaging about 600kb/s.
The odd thing is, whenever we use any other FTP client, we achieve much faster speeds. We've logged over 2mb/s with Filezilla, and the same speeds were achieved using web-based FTP clients on the same network.
If any help could be offered, it would be much appreciated as our company prefers the Fetch UI. Thank you.
