    Hello! I'm new to Fetch. Is there a way to deploy the com.fetchsoftworks.Fetch.License.plist to the /Library/Preferences folder rather than the ~/Library/Preferences? I am attempting to convert this lab to Network Accounts so I don't have hundreds of local user account clogging up the machine.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

    I'm not sure what you are asking. You can certainly move the License file to /Library/Preferences, and Fetch will find it there. Does that answer your question?

    Thanks,

    @Jim Matthews,

    Thanks for the reply. I believe this does answer my question, and I will have to test. I was told by our department sysadmin that the Fetch license file MUST live in the local user preferences file. This creates additional steps for mass deployment in our Mac Management suite. If I can move the license to the system /library/preferences folder, I can remove those extra steps.

    Thanks again!
