    Hi there,

I'm currently evaluating Fetch for use in my org.
I've got trouble uploading / downloading files from my SFTP server. It has no problem connecting, however at the end of an upload of the start of the download, a pop-up reports an error : 24108. Server response : "Operation Unsupported". While uploading the file does end up on the SFTP server.

    Server : Windows NT4(SP6a) / XP(SP2) freeftpd 1.0.10

I've no problems using fugu / filezilla(Windows) to transfer files to my SFTP server.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

Could you please send us some more information to help us diagnose the problem?

Try another upload/downalod and after you get the error message, choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the contents of the transcript window, and paste them here? We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Unsuccessful transfer of AdiumX_0.89.1.dmg.zip (0 bytes, 0 bytes/sec, 0:00 elapsed) stopped at 6/13/06 5:11:20 PM (error: 24108)

    Hi,

    Thanks for the followup.

We need more information before we can fix the problem. If you'd be willing to help us investigate it some more, could you please mail a short description of the problem and a complete transcript to:

    bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com

and someone will be in touch about trying to make Fetch work with your server.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
