Hi Victor,
No, I'm sorry, there is not a way to have Fetch ignore those files and continue the download, or to ignore certain files during a download, at this time.
I'm afraid I don't have a workaround to suggest to you for this problem, besides seeing if you can get modifications made to the server so that those files do not have problematical permissions - but I realize that may not be possible.

If I download a big directory, the whole transfer stops when certain files can't be downloaded (not hidden files, just files with no permission).
Is there some way to set Fetch to ignore these files and just continue the downloading?
Or if it's possible to set Fetch to ignore certain files? (e.g. Thumbs.db, which is locked on Windows systems).
