Hi,
Thanks for posting. To figure out what's going on I'd like to take a look at your Fetch.log file. To find Fetch.log:
1) Open Fetch
2) Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu
3) Choose "Show Fetch.log in Finder" from the File menuIt's usually a big file, so instead of posting it here could you email it to bugs@fetchsoftworks.com ?
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

Thanks Jim. Just sent it. There were actually several log files there so I zipped them and sent them all.

Hi Jeanette,
I haven't received it. Could you try again, and just send the newest Fetch.log file this time in case the size was an issue?
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

Unfortunately I'm still not seeing it on this end. Could you send a test email without an attachment to bugs@fetchsoftworks.com ? Be sure to include the word Fetch in the subject line.
Thanks, and sorry for this hiccup,
Jim Matthews

No worries. It's working for the moment, we'll figure it out. I sent the email. Hope you get it.

Have been using Fetch for about 2 years now. Lately though, when I click the icon to launch, it does nothing. No error message, doesn't show in the menu bar, nothing. The only way to get it to launch is to delete it, and reinstall. Then it works for a few times, but eventually goes back to not responding.
Using El Capitan 10.11.6 (15G1108)
Thanks for any suggestions,
