You should ask the IT department for the hostname (or IP address) of the firewall, and ask what kind of FTP proxy server it is. You might also ask whether it supports SOCKS (and if so, what version). With that information we can try to figure out what your settings should be in Fetch.
Another note: if the IT department has instructions for configuring WS_FTP (for Windows), those instructions should also work in Fetch.

Hello,
Since our IT Department replaced our old Firewall with a raptor Firewall we have not been able to use Fetch 3.3. Could anyone suggest what our settings should be in Fetch Firewall Prefernces?
