  Hi Fetch:

  I have a portfolio called pinetopgraphics.com.
  My I.P. Address is 184.168.55.1
  My version of Fetch is 5.7.6
  My OS is 10.9.5
  I think the problem I have is with my password, I don't remember it, I might need to reset my Username/Password.

  Is there a way you can try to help me please?

  Hi,

  You should contact the people who run the server at 184.168.55.1 (perhaps that's your web hosting company?) and ask them to reset your FTP login password.
