Yes, Fetch can open URLs of that form. But you may have to add a %2f before "htdocs"; let me know if you see a problem.

Hi,
I've set up some FTP folders on a website that a customer can access fine on a PC, but can't connect using a MAC. The form of the address is like this -ftp://username :password@ftp.mywebsite.com/htdocs/customer
On a PC, clicking on this link would automatically log the user onto the relevant folder using the embedded username and password.
Would Fetch on the MAC resolve this problem?
