  How to install new version of Fetch 5.8 without losing all current settings in 5.7.7

  hi,

  I've downloaded the newer version of the software for Mac (running 10.13.6)
  What now?
  Do I just drag it into the Applications folder?
  Will I lose all of my current settings in version 5.7.7?

  I can not find this information in your FAQ section.

  Thanks for any help.

  Hi,

  You can install Fetch 5.8 by dragging it to the Applications folder, and replacing the copy of Fetch that you have there. However, if you are running macOS 10.13 High Sierra I would recommend sticking with Fetch 5.7.7. Fetch 5.8's only advantage is that it is compatible with macOS 10.15, and it lacks a few features that are in Fetch 5.7.7.

  Okay, sounds great.

  Thank you very much for the information.

  Fetch is a nice application to use and I look forward to sticking with it in the coming years.
