  I can't connect the Fetch. It shows Fetch services Shut down. How can I do??? It said I need to contact service. It also show the home directory not available! Please help me!!

  Hi,

  When you get the error message could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu, and post the contents here? I'll see what I can figure out.
