  Hi Jim,
  My serial number name is "non."
  My serial number is
  FETCH55001-55GT-...
  My Hostname is Tripod.
  When I open my Fetch 2 app and get the Fetch dialogue box and I put in "Tripod.com" I get the message: "An FTP connection to Tripod.com could not be opene because the connection was refused."
  If I put in "Tripod" I get the message: "An FTP connection to “Tripod” could not be opened because the server could not be found.

  The Username I use is my Tripod user name. And the password I use is my Tripod password. What am I doing wrong?

  Hi Duane,

  According to https://helpdesk.lycos.com/support/solutions/articles/29000015561-how-to-use-ftp-to-access-your-tripod-premium-account-zeeblio-beta-and-zeeblio- you should enter

  ftp.tripod.com

  in the Hostname field.
