i cant connect either (2 posts)

    i have just installed fetch for the first time on my system Mac OSX 10.3.6
    I've double checked my address/password/ username info and it is correct. i get the running dog and then error message about connection attempt timed out. below is the transcript.
    Fetch 4.0.3 System 0x1036 Serial FETCHFL001-17VC-A4G5 TR
    Connecting to 66.111.221.228 port 21 (11/22/04 3:56:03 PM)
    Connecting to 66.111.221.228 port 21 (11/22/04 4:34:51 PM)
    its not very long, as you can see. when i restarted, i noticed that an IP Firewall extension was loading. could this be part or all of my problem? and if not... what can my problem be?
    help from any corner would be most appreciated. thanks in advance... diane

    There's no server answering at the address 66.111.221.228. You should contact the server administrator to see if the address has changed.
