  Hello!
  I tried to connect multiple times and I cant, I have this message
  "An FTP connection to "the site" could not be opened because the connection timed out" The problem is that I have this message with all my sites, and they are hosted with different providers and for example when I upload files with godaddy file management there is not problem with the server.
  I also checked the latest version and everything seems to be OK, can you help me please?

  Hi,

  It sounds like a problem with your Internet connection, as if FTP connections are being blocked by a firewall. Has anything changed with your connection to the Internet?
